The My Profile section in the Store Management Portal (SMP) allows users to manage their personal information, security settings, and active login sessions.
It helps keep account details up to date and ensures secure access to the portal.

Why My Profile Is Important

The My Profile section helps vendors to:

  • Manage account security through password updates
  • View platform policies and important information
  • Monitor and control active login sessions
  • Ensure safe and secure access to the Vendor Portal

Steps to Manage My Profile

  1. Navigate to the Settings -> My Profile section.
  2. View and update profile details such as user name and mobile number.
  3. Upload or delete a profile picture if required.
  4. Change the account password to keep the account secure.
  5. Open the Policies section to view Terms and Conditions and contact information.
  6. Navigate to Logged-in Devices to view all active sessions.
